Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I am the 96% benificiary of my mom's trust. The trustee who is also the attorney for the trust has stolen all of the money (less legitimate expenses) from the trust. He filed bankruptcy without my knowledge (I was never notified). Do I have any recourse to recover the misappropriated funds?

If he has no assets, what do you recover from? File a claim with the Bar Association.
