Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

When appealing Partial Summery Judgment in error, how long does it usually take the 1DCA, to decide? If, for example, it's been over three months, what's that looking like for the appellant? What is the normal time for something of this nature? Ty.

There is no normal time. You have a few facts which are missing. Was the oral argument already held or not? If not, than you need to wait for that to be set before a ruling is likely to be given UNLESS there is no oral argument to be held. If you don't have an attorney, than check with the clerk on the status of the case.
