my aunt left me her house signed it over to me at courthouse of her own free will . she had no husband or children now her sisters family wants to take it from me is this something i should worry about.

You say your Aunt left you her house and yet in the same sentence you say she signed it over to you at the courthouse. These two statements are legally in conflict. Did she gift you the house? Is she still alive? Can she verify the gift? Did she file an appropriate gift tax return? There are many questions that need to be answered before anyone can advise you about the potential collateral attack from her sister's family. Seek legal advice with all your paperwork and act quickly if she still is alive.
