Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Beneficiary

My sister-inin-law passed and I was named beneficiary of her MFS

one is a IRA but the other I need a copy of the will but it hasn't

been filed and the family won't let me have a copy because they

want the money. How can I get a copy of it?

Re: Beneficiary

You should first try to contact the personal representative, if you know who that is going to be, and ask him or her for a copy. Or, you can open the administration yourself and ask the court to require that the will be produced. Call the local courthouse (local to the decedent's domicile), go on its website, or contact a local attorney to help you with that.
