Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

New case

Is it against the law to have a new lawsuit as a continuation of a separate case?

I.e. There was a case for a guardian. Now a case to remove trustees. Trustee would like to begin fresh with new judge...we never had a chance to show evidence. He refused our witnesses. He had to go to lunch.

Re: New case

You cannot generally judge shop. If a new case was filed it would usually be transferred back to the judge you have now.
