Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
When somebody dies and the attorneys and the pr call the meeting, is it manitory for them to ready the will and trust to us at that time? do they have to read it out loud and is there a law on the books? thanks cc

There is no requirement about a reading of a will or trust at a meeting or in public.
