Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

if a dying person signed transferring real property on their deathbed with no witnesses or notary, is a probate attorney supposed to look at that? Does a probate attorney look at what was done just prior to a person dying in a hospital? Do they look at that?

What did they sign transferring the property on their deathbed? If it was a transfer by deed, in Florida deeds MUST have two witnesses; if there were no witnesses, then there was no deed. Likewise in Florida, wills need two witnesses; if there were no witnesses then it was not a will.

Exactly what did they sign?
