Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My father has lived in Florida for the last 2 years with a type of blood cancer. He is from the United States Virgin Islands, can he create a will and trust from Florida with the legal properties of the virgin islands. Or does he need to find a lawyer from the virgin islands to create the will and trust.
