Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father was married to my stepmother for over 30 and he passed away 1 1/2 yrs ago with no Will. During their marriage they purchased a home and a condo. My father had 2 children and my stepmother has 2 children. My question is am I and my brother entitled to any part of the properties when my stepmother passes away. Or does it go to her children since there was no will?

If the house went to his spouse, you have no rights.

If the property passed to the spouse, the property passes through her Estate upon death. Without a will her lineal descendants would inherit
