Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
my father passed away about 3 weeks ago.His wife kept everything or infrmation from us.He has kids in Wisconsin,he lived in Milton Florida.She has been a thorn in our sides for ever. We feel she is hiding something from us,she has nothing to do with us,been like this forever.We did'nt even know about any services,nothing she wouldn't tell us. We think there is a financial gain for her,keeping it away from us. Please Help us! We don't know where to turn for help!We would like to know about finding out about any will or documents or probate.What we are entitled to,as his kids from his first marriage. And How or where we can go.We don't have alot of money to get legal help! If we can contest any wills or documents,if not named. Thank you

Whether you are entitled to anything depends on how his assets were titled, and whether he left a will. If he had a will, it must be admitted to probate in the Circuit of the County he lived in, and you can then read it.
