Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my father recently passed away. His will was very generic that after all obligations were paid. I was left the remainder of his estate. How do I go about finding out what his estate contained?

You will have to go through your father's files, boxes, house, etc. to see what bank accounts, investment accounts, automobiles, personal property, real estate, etc. he might have had. You can also ask friends and family members for information about his belongings and or holdings. It will take some leg-work, but that is how you find out what all he had.
