Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father re-married in Florida. He passed away and his wife got homestead rights to his condo (even though she owns a condo herself in the very same complex). We (his 4 daughters) suspect that she is using our condo to hoard in, but actually lives in hers. Do we have ANY rights (the right to check it out and make sure it is not being destroyed, etc?)

If she has title, no.

You say she got his condo through homestead, do you mean it was in his name and she has a life estate now OR do you mean that it was in both their names and passed to her upon death? The clarification means a great deal. If she owns the unit on her own now, as Mr. Slater says you have no rights at all. Sorry for your loss
