Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

How do I file a petition for summary administration. I'm in North Carolina and need to file in Florida.

You cannot do so without an attorney. All forms of probate, except Disposition w/o Administration (which is a unique estate under $1500 to pay certain bills), requires an attorney.

Once you hire one, and provide them with the information they will need, they will prepare the form for your signature, and arrange filing.

The petition must be filed in the County where the decedent was domiciled at death.
