Re: Fl Will/Self-Proving Affidavit/Problem: Third signature was not also printed & signature itself is not legible. Judge wants clear names before he orders ltrs of Sum Admin. for bank (under $5K involved). Contacted everyone involved/no one knows who this signature belongs to (will/1994) Question: What will the Judge do if we can't verify this person's signature????? Please Help & Thank you for your consideration.

Review the circumstances with your attorney. Likely sworn testimony will be needed to admit will to probate and obtain the letters. It will be more extensive and more expensive.
