Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I found my deceased (of 21 years) grandfather on unclaimed property (type of property: Mutual Funds) on the Florida web site. My grandmother has been deceased for 13 years. My mother and I were not in the will/estate ( I assume as we were never contacted) and believe my Aunt had the will changed prior to my grandmothers death. My Question: how can I collect the money found without my aunts consent?

Not. I would however find out if the estate was probated and if it was, look at the will and see if you were a beneficiary or not. Money does funny things to people. Go to the courthouse in the county in which your grandfather died. There you will be able to find out if an estate was opened. If your grandfather died without a will, then you may be an heir by intestate (no will).;
