Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My friends father died but his will was never certified prior to his death. Her older sibling and a grandson divided up the assets without showing the will to any of the fathers offspring, This happened approximately 11 years ago. Now she is questioning the division of assets, is there a time limit in Florida to dispute the division of a will?

The time long ago expired. The will does not have to be certified prior to death. The will, if administered, had to filed with the court and followed by the Court and personal representative. she can check online to see if there was a probate matter. if she had no interest she would not have been notified.
