Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Hello,

I have a small irrevocable "Kiss Trust Fund" set up for my adopted 4 year old nephew. It is currently valued under $1000. That money is obviously for him, however after halting contributions and observing the stock market for 7+ months, he has not gained only lost money. My question is, if I hire an Trust Fund/ Wills/Probate attorney, what are the costs associated and the chances and likelihood that I can get a court to grant the trust to be terminated and put that money into lets say a money market account? Thanks for your assistance.

Review FS 736.04113 and speak with your Court Clerk. Unfortunately, the court costs & attorney fee would exceed the asset. Perhaps they will permit you to proceeded Pro Se and waive fees.
