Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

I now live in Florida had my Will while living in New York...no changes need to be made except

my Florida Address is my current Will good or must I make a new one.

You should definitely have a FL attorney review your will to make sure that it complies with FL law. Every state has different requirements for what a will should contain to be valid. You would not want your will to be thrown out by a judge on a technicality if someone were to challenge it upon your death.
