Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Regarding Living Trust

I made out a legal living trust with a lawyer approxmately

10 years ago and since that time ,There are several changes

I wish to make. This lawyer is no longer available to me.

Should I contact another lawyer where I now live to make changes or cancel this living trust and rewrite another one? Are there legal forms that are available in your form section for sale be a resonable way to perform these changes or is this something that has to be done by a lawyer?

Thank you

Ron

Re: Regarding Living Trust

There are forms on the internet or in any legal stationary store. They are generic and may not cover your situation.

If the change is minor you can amend, otherwise do a new agreement with an attorney. Good luck.

I can make the changes for you. Been practicing law in Florida 20 years. No need to cancel. An amendment is simple to do, but a lawyer should do it. Call Toll Free: 866-Law-Easy.

You can do it either way. The question will be which one is easier and how detailed the changes are. You should contact an attorney in your area. If you have any question, feel free to give us a call at 305-534-4757 or by email at [email protected]
