My mother passed away in July five days after a fill in Dr at her regular Dr accidentally prescribed her Adderall...in which she had heart problems and hypertension and anxiety and c.o.p.d. And addict for years..I called 911 she died next morning at 10am....unexpectedly..do I have a case?

You might-it needs to be reviewed by a medical malpractice attorney.
For malpractice? Did your mother die with a husband surviving her? did she have dependent children? If not, than there is no one to make a claim. Adult children have no survivor claims for malpractice. Consult with a skilled malpractice attorney to explore whatever options may exist. Sorry for your loss.
