my mothers boyfriend for 15 years died. He had a dowery thats states she can live in the house til she dies. Can his daughter that had nothing to do with her father evict her from her home

Unless your mother is on the title to the house or has some legally enforceable contract, she is not going to have a legal right to possession. Not sure what the "dowery" was and whether that amounts to a contract. Have it reviewed by an attorney to see what her rights may be. Sorry for the loss.
