my parents are old - I have found out my father sexually abused my sister for years - I have found out recently and planning to confront my father - can he retaliate by dis-inheriting me - that is, say - if you tell the police or any other family member - you are going to get nothing?

Yes, he can disinherit you.

The answer is he can write his will however he wants. You will only do the right thing if you don't lose the inheritance ? I would suspect you will lose it anyway.
