Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

If I own a piece of property and I want to leave that property to my husband in our will (we were not married when I purchased it) can I also stipulate in the will that if he sells that property that I would like a percentage of the proceeds to go to my children? This would be under Florida law

You can leave a life estate to him and have the children be the remaindermen. that way he can live in it until he dies and then the children will inherit it.
