Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

We are preparing a will for my mother. She was divorced, never remarried and has outlived her spouse. Do we get the "single person" with adult children or the "Widow" with adult children?

Hire an attorney to assist with the will and all attendant documents like living will and health care surrogacy and personal property distribution. Creating a form will may not accomplish what you want.

Using a standard will sold at retailers is a big mistake. If you want to avoid issues in the future, I strongly recommend consulting with an attorney. You will likely save money and headaches in the long run. There are special provisions and protections that attorneys will add that are not always found in wills that people do themselves.
