Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My roommate recently passed away and now I am living here alone. his sister is in town to organize the funeral and says that I have to leave the house in 72 hours( no written notice). . Now as I understand it the law says that the house is in limbo until probate court can determine that she is next of kin and therefore able to do with the property as she pleases. but that could be 3 months to a year or more. Also, I have been told that utilities would be shutoff as well... again ... until probate goes through how can she cancel services to a property that no one owns?
