What time line do you have to prove fraud? is it 7 years, you have? and, on a death certificate, is there room on the back for next of kin, (if the spouse is dead, and you have more than one child), can all the children be listed on the back of a dc? thanks

The statue of limitations on fraud is 4 years. No idea what you mean about the death certificate. The certificate itself does not prove up who the heirs are. It may simply list one known living relative. Seek some legal guidance with all your facts
