Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My wife of 30yrs. passed away in dec. of 2015 had some money in the bank but I wasnot on the acct. she had a will which names me as beneficary can I caim this money?

The estate may have to go to probate first.

Find out from the Bank if this is a matter for a probate. If the amount is under $800.00 maybe not. It will just depend. You can do an Administration without Probate but it depends on the amount.
