Accident

I'm a professional rider(horses), I had an accident riding horses and I broked my hip, I can not ride any more, the razon it's the pain I have.I will like to know if I qualified.

If you are a jockey and injured yourself during a race, the law is pretty clear that you are not covered by workers' compensation as a professional athlete UNLESS the owner chose to include you as a covered individual. If you are an exercise person or hot rider, you probably are covered if the owner has a WC policy.
