You have to miss 2 week of work as per your treating physician to be entitled to one week of w/c lost wages. If you miss 3 weeks, you get all three weeks of wc benefits. Seek some legal advise from a w/c attorney locally. It should not cost you anything for the visit. You need to bring all your records.
