Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I was injured on the job in July 2013, I am a Hospice Nurse. I do have a WC Claim that has been paying for my work related medical costs. I never drew WC payment, but returned to work on light duty, which I will always remain on. I am going to need shoulder surgery soon due to the work injuries. My questions are, Will I able to draw Workers Comp payment while I am out of work after the surgery? I will be putting in for FMLA to secure my position. What compensation am I entitled to?

You should get paid temporary benefits when you are off or out of work. seek some legal help. You should receive 2/3 of your average weekly wage up to max of $816/week. You should make sure to ask the doctor about attendant care post surgery.
