Your question doesn't give details as to why you are taking another job. However, regardless of the reason, as to medical benefits, you are entitled to continue receiving medical care. As in any workers' compensation case, YOU MUST see an AUTHORIZED wc doctor at least once per year of the "statute of limitations" will run on your claim. As for wage benefits, this very much depends upon the facts of why you are leaving. if you leave your job for a less paying job, the workers' compensation carrier MAY not have to pay any difference in wages. An argument could be made that you had to switch jobs to find a job that was more in line with your restrictions. If you left your job for a higher paying or same paying job, you wouldn't be entitled to lost wages anyway. Every case is different so this is just a broad information based upon the small information you've written.
