Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
My question; is a verbal agreement between and employer and employee stands any grounds in court reduce pay from 12.00 to 10.00 promise to give back in 6mo that was two years ago can i take them to court for breaking that agreement with company for four years never received a raise.

Not likely going to be able to enforce the agreement unless you can establish a complete offer and acceptance agreed to by both sides. From the sounds of this you are going to have problems. Also, remember If you sue that will be then end of your employment.
