in a Workers Comp case against a 3rd party, what can be done if I can prove that my company is concealing evidence to protect the 3rd party?

Huh? Worker's comp is a claim against an employer NOT a third party. What company is concealing what facts? You need to seek legal help with your actual facts so someone can help you analyze them.
