Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida
If I have a workman compensation exempt certificate for my LLC (cleaning services),
and as owner have an accident on one of my customer's site (building)
and I can't work for 12 month, may still collect my monthly fees and intend legal procedures if need be to collect from them ?

Huh? Not enough details to answer your inquiry. Was your customer negligent in some fashion? if so you may have a claim against them. They have already determined you cannot work for 12 months? You need legal advice with all your documents and information. seek that now.
