Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

i left a tablet ontop of a car the tablet is not mine but i was with the girl whose mother owned the tablet we drove down the road and it fell off and the screen was cracked. The girl wasnt supposed to have the tablet but her mother wants to take legal action so i have to pay for it

What is your question? You damaged someone else's property by leaving it on the car. An issues between two other people as to who was or was not supposed to have it has nothing to do with you.
