Banks

can a bank you have a checking account with and a car loan with pull money from your checking account and pay on your car loan without yor permission and cause other checks you wrote to bounce because they pulled the money without notifing you and charge you nsf funds against your account?

The first step is to read your loan documents and your account agreements - we do not have them. That is where you might find you have given them permission.

Can a bank simply do that without your permission? The answer is no.

However, what is more likely the case, is that you have agreed to those terms somewhere among the documents that you have signed (e.g., with the bank or the company that financed your car loans). You should examine those documents.
