Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

My house was broken into about 3 weeks ago. That same day I got an alarm system turned on. The next night My house was broken into again. I wasn't home but the alarm company called me but I was asleep. When I did wake up I called them back. They stated that my alarm went off but they didn't dispatch a police officer out because I didn't answer my phone. They said this was the police in my district policy. When I did get back home I called them back and they dispatched the police. The police then told me it's never their policy not to come out.. if the alarm company would have sent out the police the break in could have been prevented. Do I have a legal case against the alarm company?

Highly unlikely. You have a contract and other paperwork that tells you what the alarm company does. You mention what they say is their policy, but how is that different from your paperwork? Aside from that, your contract will also include a waiver that they are not responsible for break-ins. If you believe the contract states otherwise, you can have it reviewed by a lawyer.
