partner stealing money & not paying bills
Business partner 1 uses companies money to pay all personal bills, business partner 2,(BP2) finds out. they are kicked out of bldg due to not paying bills. BP2, signed name on loan for machine, didn't pay loan after two years, now served papers. How can BP2 get back into bldg?

BP2 probably can't get back into the building since the rent wasn't paid. However, you should consult with a local attorney because there may be more issues that need to be investigated than can be adequately addressed in this type of forum.
