The conduct giving rise to the seizure was that the property was used or intended for use to facilitate a violation of O.C.G.A. Section 16-13-30 and/or was proceeds derived or realized therefrom. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. Section 16-13-49(n), any person claiming an interest in the property is hereby notified that you may file a claim within (30) days of the second publication of this Notice of Seizure by sending the claim by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the District Attorney and to the seizing agency at the address shown below: Patrick Doyle Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force P.O.
