We got locked in a dealer ship parking lot. Is there any legal action we can take?

Legal action for what? You chose to leave out the important details. I know how a car can get locked in, but how were you locked in a parking lot? Did you have to call someone, or take a cab or Uber? What were you doing in the lot after hours? What damages did you suffer that are worth a lawsuit? Do you really want to ask whether it is something for which you can get a big check?
