Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I bought an animal from my friend and signed a contract saying I would give the animals location annually and show the animal. We have since parted paths and I have come on hard times and can not show the animal nor do I want her to know my where abouts (Bad Situation) The animal is in amazing condition. Is the contract vaild if condition change and she is attempting to sue for the animal back?

If you've been sued, you need a lawyer. No one here could possibly answer you as no one here has read the contract. But contracts are binding and mean what they say, so your circumstances and wishes do not matter. If I had to guess, you breached the contract and that makes it all the more important for you to see a lawyer.
