What is the legal age to buy cigarretts in all U.S. states?

In Georgia a person must be 18 to purchase cigarettes. I have no idea aboout the law in other states.

The law varies from state to state. You would need a GA lawyer to tell you the law specifically, but my recollection, having recently been in GA, is that it is 18.

The more important question is: why on earth would anyone WANT to buy a product that will kill them?
