Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

My son bought two back tires from Walmart on his way out of town, they installed the tires and he drove it with no problem four hours away. However, when he stopped the car for the night he awoke the next morning to see the back of his car was really low. He checked the tires and they were okay, he started the car and the air suspension was slow but it did raise it enough to drive back home. He spent almost a week trying to get in touch with the manager of Walmarts auto department. They told him they did not think they did anything wrong but would check the videos, one day later they told him to get an estimate, which he paid $90 for at the Ford Dealership. When he faxed over the estimate of $2000 to the claims department, the claims representative stated that the manager had told him he felt they did nothing wrong. I wonder why they asked for an estimate if they truly felt they did nothing wrong. We will fix it but I would like to know if Ga has any consumer rights laws that could help us, or if we should even bother getting an attorney for the costs.

First, you posted your name and contact info in violation of the forum rules so now the world can see your personal affairs (even if not all that important). Reputable lawyers won't contact you or solicit your calls you here. Otherwise, you as for a guess about why someone else said something. Whether you have a claim against WM depends on whether they caused the damages, but you left out the most important facts about what actually caused the damage.
