Land? Personal property, like a car? When was the lease made? .For how long? Is it written or oral? What are the terms?

This does not sound like a true lease because the owner would want the property back at the end of the lease. This also sounds like it was for personal property like car. Whose name is on the title/deed if there is one? What happened that you want to return the property? Has the lease expired?
