have a title loan in ga but moved out of state they wont take payment over the phone is there criminal action they can take?

I don't like over the phone payments. If you have the money, get a cashier's check or money order and mail it to them via UPS/Fed Ex. Make a copy of each payment sent and the tracking info so that you know the payments were received (track this and get the proof of delivery).

As long as you pay there is no problem. Its not a criminal matter in most cases, but if you stop paying the lender can repossess the car as they have the title. If you hide the car (not just moving out of state but actually hide the car) and interfere with the repo then it might become a crime.
