Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I am 5 months pregnant and my sister and her boyfriend came to my house and threatened to kill me with a gun while my children were home. What legal action can I take. I'm very scared they will come back!

CALL THE POLICE!! RIGHT NOW! That is what you should have done the instant you were able. In addition, hire a lawyer to get a protective order. If you can't afford a lawyer, go to the county Superior Court clerk's office and they are usually VERY helpful with the forms and other things you need to do to get an order. Again, call the police/sheriff now, and either call a lawyer or go to Superior Court TODAY to get a protective order. If you need to, find a local legal aid office to see if they will assist. If you can stay with friends or other family members for a couple days, that might be a good idea. Not a good idea - not doing anything, looking on the internet, etc.

Get off the compter. Call 911. I am amazed you did not alrready do that. Do it now - not two minuites from now, Now. When people threaten to kill you you do not get on the computer. You call the police. I repeat call 911 before they come back so they can be arrested
