Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
The first day of school my husband and I live my 16 month son in my car we went in the school was there for like 10min then realized that my son was in the car it's 730 in the morning the sun not up are anything .someone call the police when the police man see what was going on he decided to give my husband and I a break talk to my family for about 25min .the next day I came to pick my kids from school he was waiting to arrest us is that legal after he give us a break

The DA makes the decisions, and obviously this is in the news every day and is a priority for them.
YES, because a break does not mean "no charges", it means "no charges today, but tomorrow may be a different story". It is good that your children learn this lesson now, because clearly you did not learn it.
