Driving Drunk?
I was pulled over for a noise violation, and had a 12 pack of beer in my SUV which he saw through a window. I am 20 years old and was arrested but the officer wrote ''Underage Consumption'' as the offense instead of Minor in Possession. Citing the fact he did not give me a breathalizer test, or a DUI, can I fight the ticket and win?
