Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

Can a judge make u take a hair follicle drug test every 180 days while u are on probation even if u are not and never have been convicted of a drug offense? In my case I have never been in any trouble and I am 39 yrs old and a local business owner. We have one judge that makes it mandatory for everyone he puts on probation no matter what and to make things even worse u have to pay for it. This just doesn't seem legal to me.

No one here knows the facts and circumstances of your case. If you are on probation, obviously there is a story behind it, and we don't know what it is. You are asking for a guess, or speculation, without providing the rest of the story and that won't help you a bit since it is obvious a Judge has made such an order. These issues are handled by your lawyer, and not an internet message board.
