Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I have been on non report felony probation for the past 2 years after paying my fines ect. I failed a drug test for dfcs this past november. I did not tell my P.O. because my family court records were sealed, I thought. My soon to be ex husband recently contacted my P.O. and told her about my dirty dfcs screen to get me in trouble, also he knew I smoked pot on occasion and would likely fail a surprise screen. All so that he, having just been released from prison after 6 yrs, and his girlfriend, could get rid of me and live in our home we built 20 yrs ago when we married. P.O called and said I needed to come in and sign a medical release form that would enable the hosp to tell prob office if I ever went to hosp
